Classroom Supplies and Donations      

 *Due to state budget cuts, our school supplies will be limited. To ensure our classroom has the supplies we need, we are asking every student to donate the following items to our class.

 *Please fill in your child’s name and check off the supplies you are able to provide. Put all supplies in a bag and attach this sheet to the outside of it.

 *You do not have to write your child’s name on each item donated. We will be putting    the supplies together to create class sets of each item.

_____              2 reams of white Xerox copy paper

_____              1 ream of colored copy paper

_____              1 pack of EXPO dry erase markers       

_____              2-3 packs of hand wipes 

_____              1 container Clorox Wipes

_____              2 Bags of small, trinket, small toys, etc. for Treasure Box

_____              4 packs of glue sticks

_____              1 box of gallon sized Ziploc bags

_____              1 box of sandwich sized Ziploc bags

_____              1 box of tissues

_____              Headphones – Please send your child to school with a pair of headphones, preferably not earbuds, labeled and placed in a Ziploc bag.
