Social Emotional Support Resources
As a parent myself, I understand how hard our parents and guardians are working to balance our new temporary normal and that the changes bring about added stress. We remain committed to working together with you in order to support your child in achieving success. During this time, communication is more important than ever and I ask that you continue to communicate with our school as much as possible. Your child’s teacher, our support staff, Mrs. Morgan and I are all here to help.
In the event that you begin to have concerns about your child’s social emotional well-being, please complete this form, as our Student Services team is here to help! --Mrs. Bedard
We also understand that in this uncertain time students and families have needs that extend beyond school. For this reason, our district social workers have compiled a list of resources aimed at social emotional wellness:

Health plans are required to cover COVID-19 tests at no cost to the enrollee. It is recommended that you first contact your healthcare provider for a COVID-19 test.
If you are unable to get a test from your healthcare provider, the County of San Diego (County) has coordinated free diagnostic COVID-19 testing at many locations. These tests take about 5-10 minutes. Results generally come back in approximately 3 days.
For children and youth, it is first recommended that you contact your healthcare provider or pediatrician.
